In most jurisdictions, fixtures that lift or rotate parts for welding or access need to be sealed by a professional engineer to properly meet OH+S rules. Our team can provide sealed design drawings for fixtures.

We can design all manners of fixtures for manufacturing assistance. To save you time, we also offer in-house certified fabrication services

Lift Equipment Design

Our team can design and manufacture lifting equipment, lift beams, spreader bars, and any manner of lift equipment to the local OH+S rules – in most cases this is to ASME BTH-1 (Below the Hook Lifting Devices). We are certified to be able to fabricate and certify your lift equipment in our repair, fabrication & hydraulics shop, or we can provide detailed drawings if you would prefer to manage the fabrication externally.

One-Stop Approach

If you prefer the one-stop approach, our company is fully certified to fabricate, build and even test fixtures for our clients; our certified fabrication shop can assist in manufacturing and testing needs.

Our team can also reverse engineer and check designs of legacy fixtures – to assess the device as safely “fit of purpose.”
