After years of working in various technical and managerial engineering positions, both nationally and internationally, Doug Krokosz founded ProForma in 2010 with the intention of building a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, flexible team of technical professionals. Before long, our initial two-person operation grew to an extensive team that shares the desire to apply their knowledge of engineering to help build a better world by optimizing products and processes both in our local communities and around the globe.

Head-quartered in Winnipeg, we have satellite offices in Burlington, Ontario and Thompson, Manitoba, as well as a 6000 sqft shop space. We have worked with clients all across Canada, as well as internationally with activities in Europe, USA, UAE & Mexico.
